What we collect from forms
The contact, emergency, VIP membership, and footer forms ask for the details you choose to send: name, email, phone, service address, the type of heating or cooling help you need, a VIP plan choice, and a short note. A required checkbox records that you agree to hear back from us by phone, text, or email about that request.
If you opened the site from an ad, the link may include a Google click id (gclid), a Facebook click id (fbclid), or campaign parameters (utm). We include those with the form message so we can tell which visit the request came from. We also store the page address you submitted from.
We use that information to reply, schedule service, and keep a record of the request. We do not sell form submissions. Messages are kept as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and keep ordinary business records.
The form is checked for spam. That check is a hidden field, a limit on how often the form can be sent, a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, and a filter for junk messages. Cloudflare receives the security check, including the IP address of the browser that loaded the page. If a message cannot be delivered, or the security check cannot be completed, the form asks you to call 417-831-5344.
Cookies
This site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Those tools set cookies and similar storage so Google can measure visits, understand which pages people use, and count ad clicks. Thank-you pages also send a conversion to Google Ads when a form goes through, so an ad that led to the request can be counted.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's ad settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop you from calling or sending a form. The form itself does not require an account.
Terms of use
The pages on this site describe heating and cooling service in Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding Ozarks. They are information, not a contract. Sending a form is a request for a call back. Work is scheduled when we agree to it, and plan prices shown for the Total Comfort VIP Club are the published prices for those memberships.
Call 417-831-5344 if something on this page is unclear or if you want a copy of what you sent us.
